Lakshmi Narayanan being the brain child of the concept of REBI had been the gearing head since the inception of REBI. He has marked tremendous success amidst various challenges and heads the organisation with a large team of professionals and real estate associates. Real Estate is experiencing a new turn of operation by the creation of REBI business model by Lakshminarayanan.
Girija Prasad Swain. CEO – INDIA. Girija Prasad Swain joined REBI at the early stages of growth, heading network building for REBI in West India; he proved success by means of establishing the largest team in west India within the organisation. Thus as a result of his proven affluence and efficiency in expanding geographies of REBI Girija Prasad is currently the CEO for REBI India.
K R Srinivasa Ragavan. Director – Operations. Srinivasa Ragavan a former banker heads the entire team of One Stop Property shops across India in Real Estate Transactions. He heads a large field force across the REBI network. As the operations head Ragavan has succeeded in establishing REBI as the only organisation which associates with all builders and developers on a national level.
Ragavendra Subramanian. Executive Director. Ragavendra, a well known in Bangalore for his architectural skills is also a realtor. He manages multiple real estate projects in Karnataka and is also one of the founder director of REBI since its inspection.
R Hemanthkumar. Head – Channel Management. Hemanth, a well experienced with excellent skills in distribution management, channel building and has marked great performance in the same midst multiple sectors over a decade.Hemanth currently heads Channel Management for network establishment.
K N Srinivasan. General Manager –Finance. K N. Srinivasan, known as KNS within the REBI circle comes from two decades of experience in the banking sector. He carries wide experience from SBI, India’s largest bank, prior to joining REBI. KNS invests this experience as the contribution to the team of REBI in the field of finance and accounting.

Sanjeev Jain. Regional Head – East India. A Chartered Accountant and a visionary entrepreneur, with his years of rich experience has taken up to head REBI in East India as its Regional Partner since the last three years, also being the first Regional Partner for REBI.
Rajendra Bansal. Regional Head - Central India. A builder, developer by profession from Bhopal. He has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade. He has developed various projects under his leadership in Bhopal. Mr. bansal heads the REBI central India.
P Vimalesh Kumar. Regional Head –Tamilnadu & Pondichery. A professional management person spent most of his time in setting up various challenging operational businesses in India as well as in Middle East. After a 17 years of stint in Middle East Vimalesh has returned to India to head the REBI Tamil Nadu operations.
